John A. Feichtel returned to his roots in Central Pennsylvania to deliver practical and sensible legal advice to his clients. John concentrates his practice in business, corporate, healthcare and real estate law. He counsels middle market, growing, emerging and family-owned businesses in a wide variety of legal, real estate, and general business matters. Mr. Feichtel’s practice focuses on the general and transactional representation of a variety of business entities. He assists new business clients in entity selection, formation, purchase and governance, and he counsels existing and established businesses at the end of life-cycle in matters such as sales, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning and dissolution.

Mr. Feichtels’ experience in healthcare law has enabled area providers to navigate a realm of complex regulatory issues, such as HIPAA, STARK and the Anti-Kickback Statutes. He has also guided providers in issues related to physician employment, general business matters, and the addition of ancillary services.

Mr. Feichtel also represents clients in all aspects of the acquisition, leasing, financing and sale of real property. His experience spans both the development of commercial and residential subdivisions. He provides advice on the purchase and financing of single family homes and multi-unit rental properties. He has also assisted his clients in the establishment and governance of condominium and planned communities.

Mr. Feichtel lives in Silver Spring Township with his wife and three daughters.
