Mr. Reynosa developed significant experience defending individuals charged with criminal offenses throughout central Pennsylvania. He has represented clients from the initial filing of charges through final appeal. His experience in defending clients ranges from offenses such as underage drinking to criminal homicide. Mr. Reynosa is also well versed in the requirements for the ARD Program and utilizing its benefits for individuals charged with offenses such as driving under the influence of alcohol.

A Closer Look…

After graduating from Law School, Mr. Reynosa served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Richard J. Walsh, a judge of the Court of Common Pleas of the 39th Judicial District of Pennsylvania, which serves both Franklin and Fulton Counties. He went on to work in private practice focusing on civil litigation primarily in the areas of insurance defense and workers’ compensation. However, having a desire to gain valuable courtroom experience, Mr. Reynosa left private practice and worked in the criminal justice system in both York and Cumberland Counties for over five years. During that time, Mr. Reynosa represented clients on daily basis before the courts. He has obtained numerous successful verdicts before both judges and juries in Central Pennsylvania.

Mr. Reynosa has also been selected to serve as a Criminal Justice Act Panel Attorney who represents indigent federal criminal defendants before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Under the Criminal Justice Act, all persons charged with federal criminal offenses who are financially unable to obtain counsel are entitled to appointment of counsel to represent them. These private attorneys are selected by the Criminal Justice Act Committee and assigned to panels of attorneys eligible for appointment in federal criminal cases.

In addition to leading the criminal defense practice group at the firm, Mr. Reynosa devotes his courtroom experience to civil litigation matters including business and contract disputes as well as personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. Mr. Reynosa also assists clients with disputes concerning PennDOT driver licensing issues as well as applications for expungement. His years of courtroom experience greatly enhance his ability to zealously represent you no matter what your situation.
